3. Research Use Only ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD STRICTLY FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. They are not for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, dietary supplementation, or veterinary use in any form.

4. Local Pickup Only All sales are for local pickup in the Corpus Christi, Texas metropolitan area only. No shipping is available. Buyer is solely responsible for arranging and completing safe local pickup.

5. Payments & Sales Policy We accept Cash App, Venmo, and Cash. All sales are final and non-refundable. Payment must be received in full before any product is released.

6. No Warranties Products are provided “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, storage, handling, or misuse of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your purchase, use, or misuse of any product or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Venue These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
